I am at work today. The clinic is crazy with H1N1 pandamonium. Frequent hand sanatizing is strongly encouraged. Heather is at home with the kids and her mom. She is good spirits today, but is resting now. Her dad is coming today and will take Pam, Heather's mom, home today. Heather's mom will then come back on Sunday.
Here is a link from the American Cancer Society on how to perform a breast self exam. If you are a woman, and you don't currently do these, GET ON IT!!
